Welcome!

The 140 members of the Camden Garden Club in Camden,Maine, are the unseen hands behind all those overflowing geranium baskets on Camden's lampposts and the lush flower beds at the Chamber of Commerce, the traffic islands, the bridge, and the arch, as well as the lighted fir wreaths in December.

But that's not all. Every year the club offers public lectures in horticulture and design, maintains the Village Green, supports the Street Trees program, and gives scholarships to college students. Over its 100 years, the club has given substantial gifts to the town, most recently the Children's Amphitheater, a tiered granite semi-circle at Laite Beach, overlooking beautiful Camden harbor.
